Rosmini Mato, Howard Hanna Rand Realty ("Rose") started her earliest career in corporate law in Indonesia. In 1998 she moved to Redding, Connecticut residing with her husband. She earned LL.M Degree from Pace Law School and started her law practice in New York. In 2011 she realized she could also help people with their real estate needs in Connecticut and proceeded to do it.

She started at Keller Williams Realty before she joined Weichert Madison and Post in Ridgefield, which was later bought by Howard Hanna Rand Realty. She brought along her legal background and negotiation skill into her real estate business.
